Message from the owner

“Linen seems like a small thing until you remember a resident sleeps in it every night for the rest of their life. We only supply aged care. So when a facility rings with a problem, nobody has to explain aged care first.”

Aged Care Facilities Supplied

Benefits of choosing Aged Care Linen Specialists

Aged care facilities have requirements that general suppliers tend to meet by accident. Infection control protocols. Continence management. Products that hold up to a commercial laundry running seven days a week. Fabrics and designs that preserve a resident’s dignity rather than announcing their condition to the room.

We understand the legislative and operational environment our customers work in because it’s the only environment we work in. When a facility manager calls with a problem, they’re not explaining aged care to us first.

It also means our product development runs in one direction. We’re not adapting hospitality stock for care settings, we’re developing alternatives to traditional products specifically for the people who use them.

Where we are on ESG

Our CEO has signed the SME Climate Commitment through the Science Based Targets initiative, committing us to halving our emissions before 2030, reaching net zero before 2050, and reporting on our progress annually. We’re recognised under the United Nations Race to Zero campaign.

We’re honest about the stage we’re at. We’re currently establishing our emissions baseline and formalising targets, with ISO 14001 as the longer-term goal. Alongside that, we’re working with customers and textile recyclers on a program to keep end-of-life linen out of landfill.

One industry. Thirty-five years.
